Best Skin Care Products

Wash your face twice a day.

The first step in getting clean skin is to establish a systematic cleansing program.

Get serious and ask yourself to wash your face in the morning and before going to bed at night. Even if you are very tired or busy, take a few more minutes to cleanse your skin, which can significantly reduce acne.

Wash your face for at least one minute. It takes at least one minute to kill all acne-causing bacteria.

If you have acne on other parts of your body, such as your shoulders, back and chest, it is best to scrub these areas twice a day.

If you apply makeup, don’t go to bed without removing makeup.

Sleeping with makeup will significantly increase your acne count and make it even more difficult to remove acne.

Refreshing cleansing oil can ensure that makeup is completely removed compared to ordinary cleansers.

Use products containing benzoyl peroxide.

You can apply soap or lotion containing benzoyl peroxide to the acne-prone areas.

This substance works by removing dead skin, helping skin regenerate, and quickly cleansing cells.

Find products with benzoyl peroxide content less than or equal to 3% to avoid skin irritation.

Try products with salicylic acid.

Salicylic acid is similar to benzoyl peroxide and acts on (removes) dead skin cells to promote skin regeneration.

You may have dry skin and desquamation around acne, but this condition will disappear as the skin regenerates faster.

Apply salicylic acid to the skin after daily cleaning or daily treatment.

Use sulphur-containing cleaners.

Although we don’t know exactly how sulfur removes acne, it is very effective.

Look for products containing sulfur to treat acne. On the surface, it can reduce the amount of oil.

Use vitamin A.

Retinoic acid cleanser contains ultra-high content of vitamin A, which helps to clean clogged pores and dissolve dirt.

You can buy over-the-counter vitamin A products, or write a prescription from your doctor.

Use products containing azelaic acid.

Azelaic acid is antibacterial, which helps reduce skin redness and inflammation. It is naturally found in wheat and barley. If your acne often leaves dark acne marks, try using azelaic acid to clean your pores to reduce the dark marks caused by acne.

Repair dark spots.

The product specially used for repairing dark spots can only be applied on dark spots of acne, not on the entire face.

Purchase freckle products from pharmacies or use home-made ingredients.

Mix the baking soda with water, make a paste, and pat the acne gently.

Do it every night before going to bed, and rinse it with clean water the next morning, so you can clean up bacteria and dead skin.

Grind aspirin, mix it with water, and apply it to acne to reduce redness.

In an emergency, you can try to apply whitening toothpaste to the acne to absorb water and reduce redness.

Use facial mask.

The mask contains compounds that soothe the skin and kill bacteria.

Use 2 to 3 times a week for 15 to 20 minutes each time to dry skin and clean pores.

Buy a facial mask from a local beauty salon or drug store, or make it at home.

Use a mask containing olive oil and apply to the face. The mask can give your skin a rich protection for 15 minutes. Then wash with warm water to make sure to remove all the oil stains.

Make a mixture of cucumber and oatmeal. Cucumber helps reduce redness and fight back dark spots, while oatmeal can soften and soothe irritated skin. Mix the two in a food processor until it becomes a paste, then apply it to the skin for 15 to 20 minutes and wash off with warm water.

Apply a thin layer of honey on the skin and wash off with warm water after 30 minutes.

Try to use egg white to close the large pores. Separate the yolks of one or two eggs, tap the egg whites, and apply them to your face. When the egg whites are dry, you will feel the pores shrink until the egg whites are completely dry, wash them off with warm water.

Apply essential oils to active acne.

It is believed that some essential oils have antibacterial activity and can kill the bacteria that cause acne.

Lightly apply a drop to each acne, or wipe the acne area with a damp cotton ball.

Some common choices include lavender, rosemary, thyme and sandalwood.

Facial exfoliation.

Exfoliation involves rubbing the skin with a mild product to get rid of dead skin cells that cause acne.

Buy it at a local pharmacy, or use home materials to make a gentle exfoliating product.

Make a paste with baking soda and water (similar to freckle treatment), gently apply on the face, massage in circular motions. This will kill bacteria and remove dead skin cells.

If you have sensitive skin, consider using oatmeal to exfoliate. Mix oatmeal with honey, apply for 2 to 3 minutes on the face, then gently wash off with warm water.

For very dry skin, mix coffee grounds with a regular facial cleanser. Coarsely ground coffee grounds can exfoliate better, while finely ground coffee grounds are more suitable for sensitive skin.

Try tea tree oil.

Tea tree oil is an antibacterial agent, it can help remove the microbes clogging the skin.

Dip a cotton swab into tea tree oil, and then use the cotton swab to gently smear all pimples.

Don’t use too much tea tree oil-it will burn the skin and make the redness worse.

Use astringent after cleansing.

After you wash your face, exfoliate and apply a mask, apply astringent to the entire face.

Astringent tightens pores, making dirt and grease difficult to enter.

Buy anti-acne toning products at your local pharmacy, or rub witch hazel or apple cider vinegar on a cotton ball. Do not wash after applying astringent, let it be applied to the skin.

Always pay attention to moisturizing.

Oily skin will develop acne. If your skin is very dry, your body will produce more oil to compensate.

To prevent this from happening, use a mild moisturizing product every morning and evening after cleansing.

Moisturize after applying astringent.
